Exercise Questions | Butt dimples

I have butt dimples on the sides of the cheeks (my butt is virtually nonexistant), and I want to fill these out. However, I have VERY bad knees, so any exercise I do has to be low impact. Suggestions?

Hi,
really good exercises for glutes and legs are squats and lunges. since you have very bad knees squats can be modified with a stability ball. Stand withyour back to a wall and place the stability ball behind your back; press the ball into the wall to keep it in place. Distance your feet a bit further away from the wall than your body; lower yourself down and push yourself back up, pushing through your heels. If your knees extend beyond the toes then increase the distance between your feet and body. Squeeze your glutes at the bottom and the top of the movement.
Also, cardiovascular exercise is critical to burning fat -- if the dimples are fat :)

Hi there,

I think you should go check this checked by a doctor and let us know what it is. My initial assumption was cellulite. Please enlighten us.

Just to clarify, this isn't cellulite, each cheek has a large indentation close to the hip joint.
