i'm really skinny and want to build a bit of muscle in my butt and thighs to look curvier. what are some exercises that won't just tone but will add a tiny bit of bulk? nothing beastly because i'm a girl, just a little curvier. thank you

Booty bands will help you to get a nice curvy line.
Squats, deadlifts, and lunges are the other best
butt exercises.

Jump Squats
Lunges
Step Ups
Standing Calf Raises
Sissy Squats

Hey Guys,

YOu want a bigger butt or thighs? Squats, Deadlifts, Legpress are all compound exercises that will increase the size of your butt or thighs.
