8/6/2003 12:08:21 PM | incline bench uses a lot of your deltoid (shoulder),more than reg bench press. try doing it with dumbells instead of the bar, this way u can have a better chest workout. Also remember to flex your pecs while doing the exercise. Lower the dumbells untill your elbows are a little bit under your chest. You could also do incline flyes, try them btoh and see what works your chest better.

It is well known that doing incline press will help lift your chest because it increases your muscle mass at the top of your chest. PT

8/5/2003 12:08:00 AM | thanks, ummm what should i do to raise my pecs...like so my nipples dont sink down...i dont have a lot of fat there...but my chest sinks down a bit

8/2/2003 7:02:45 PM | Hello, ive changed my workout recently and came to realize that decline nad flat benches are not very efficient for me. Also I did some research and asked varoius people, and they all said that incline bench is the ebst chest exercise. Thanks Andres
