well buddy! you need to consider that
you have to rest your body too. i think
you are doing more harm than good. also,
how many calories do you put in your
day? i guess you have to take into
consideration how many calories you put
and take out of your body.
i know i'm a little over
the top but it does help me and give me
an idea on how much more work i have to
do at a time.

Just a few things and any of the experts on here can feel free to correct add to or confirm.First of all it is good that you have your diet in line with your workout regimen but are you eating enough? If you are looking for muscle gains but are eating so healthy that you are not getting enough proteins, carbs and fats then you are really just going and either plateauing or loosing weight! About the strength gains well I know diff peoples bodies respond differently but the one technique I have seen on multiple sites and have seen work in my own routines is change things up. Your muscles need to be constantly guessing. For example if you break your workout week down into arms, then back then legs then shoulders then cardio etc. The exercises you do for each body area needs to change prob at least 1 per month I would say. This way your muscles are working to your specifications which are always changing and thus encouraging growth!! Also a good over the counter test booster wouldn't hurt either along with some creatine....just my opinion!!
