Exercise Questions | Back problem?


Hey i've been wondering if you're a chronic "back cracker" would it pose problems later on in life? I consider myself pretty fit however my lower back has been cracking even with light stretching exercise. Even just bending over would cause a small crack in my lower back. I'm concerned about this because im 21 and feel that i'm too young to be experiencing this. I'm a muay thai practitioner and cross train in BJJ and also weight lift which may have attributed to this condition?
