Anyone have other tips for not working out past 1.5 hours?

However, you're working out for far too long. It should take you just over an hour to do weights (A whole body).
People use 'split' routines to increase their overall muscular mass, but they require working out 5-6 times per week.
You're doing a good job, keep up the good work.
