Workout Talk | A question for the ladies

I find quite often that during the week of my monthly cycle, I cannot workout with my usual intensity. Is this common? If so, does anyone have an explanation as to why?

Interesting question, are you a heavy
bleeder? If so, you may lack the
energy... You may want to ask your doctor
that question.. he may have other
questions such as iron levels and others.

Note: I am not a lady, just wanted to
chime in w a possible answer.
