Exercise Questions | Workout routine using just dumbbells


Hi, I need to workout routine to build muscle in the areas of chest,shoulders,arms tri and biceps,and also abs? On off days when not lifting I want to do cardio. I don't have a gym membership and don't need one. All I have at home is exercise ball and dumb bells. I also am going to start taking isagenix whey protein how often to I need to drink that and can I take it with milk?
