Nutrition | Working a 9:00-5:00 job

I reviewed my diet and based on what I have read, and the weight training program I am following, I am not eating enough calories. On weekends I do better with caloric intake, proteins, carbs and fats, but during the work week it is difficult. Work gets in the way.lol Any suggestions on maintaining a work out diet while at the office so my protein, cab and fat intake remains on tatget? Oh and yes I am an "old guy" 56 y.r. Thank you

Hey,

Yes, you should definitely bring the following to your office and have at regular 1.5-2 hour intervals between your meals:

Cottage Cheese with almonds
Veggies and hummus
Yogurt and seeds
Whey protein and fish oil
Apples, Bananas, Oranges
Cut up peppers

These are all quick and easy snacks that will help you increase your calorie intake and also keep that fat off.
