Weight & Fat Loss | Wondering what else i can do...

I signed up with a personal trainer at the end of January for 36 sessions. I just completed my 20th session, and I haven't noticed any results. We did my measurements a couple weeks ago, and she said I have lost an inch. I haven't noticed though. I'm just wondering what else I can do so I can start to notice results? I don't eat junk food, so I don't understand why I am keeping fat. I've noticed I have more muscles in my arms and legs. I'm not overweight, but I have belly fat, and that's where it's all staying are my hips and stomach. People say I don't look fat, but I do have fat I want to get rid of by bathing-suit weather.

When I signed up for the personal trainer, I thought for sure it would work. When I joined my gym, they showed me the results I'd get with a personal trainer by using progress photos. I saw one woman who was very overweight, and her progress photos, by her 20th session, she had lost a lot of inches, and looked good. When she was done, she was slim. So I don't understand why when I am not overweight I can't lose anything but an inch by the 20th session.

So I was wondering if there was something I could do between sessions? I follow the diet plan I was given, so it's not my eating habits. I don't drink pop or other fattening drinks. Do I need more cardio maybe?

Hmmm seems like quite a dilemma. i guess
you should know how many calories you put
in and out of your body. given that these
calories are not empty. empty calories are
useless calories such as the ones you get
from sodas and junk foods. i count my
calories and it seems to be working out
fine for me. http://is.gd/djuJU this helps
me keep track of how much i work out and
how much i should burn.

Hello,

I think working out is great but its also about your diet. And if that still isn't working then I would try a different method like the one I have taken. I have been there through all the ups and downs of weight loss. I have tried working out and being healthy with my husband, it had worked for a bit the only problem was he was losing more than me and I just seemed to be gaining more? It made no sense to me at all; I tried VARIOUS diets, different work out plans, numerous doctors had given me different options, I completely changed my life and nothing worked. Then finally I found the answer, I visited a hypnotherapist recommended by my doctor. Now I was a little sceptical about seeing a hypnotherapist because I figured they were going to put me in some kind of trance I had no control over, but that was not the case at all. Now I’m like many of you where you’re in a situation where money is limited so my hypnotherapist recommended an alternative, a website that he personally agreed with. I started on a weight loss program called “Thick Thin” I had started seeing real results in as little as 3 months, I couldn’t believe my eyes it was actually working. For the first time in a long time I was happy to see the person looking back at me in the mirror. I completely 100 % recommend you try hypnosis to help with your weight loss if you’re having problems I did and I lost 65 pounds and went from a size 12 to a 8, trust me I know I have been there but I have finally found that there is a way to get healthy!

How often are you training?
Make sure you're getting intense workouts in at least
5 days a week.
What does that diet plan look like? You should be
eating a lot of fruit and veggies, as well as a variety of
grains (quinoa, cous cous, rice, etc).
Watch salt intake too, that can make you retain water
and not move the scale in the right direction ;)
