Exercise Questions | Wierd exercise


I've been doing this weird exercise which is like j except that I bring my knees up in front of me to flatten my stomach I do it infront of the tv bbut often it get so hard and I get really tired out of breath and my face get s really hot
What could I do instead to flatten my stomach that isn't so painful

Well, you need to raise your heart rate and doing HIIT (high intensity interval training) is the fastest way to burn fat right now.

Buy an exercise bike and try that out in front of the tv while getting an exercise ball and trying these:
