Body Building | When to take the protein?


I was just wondering when is it better to drink the protein powder drinks, before or after your workout. Thanks for any help. :)

Dear Guest,


Traditionally speaking, after your workout is better to have
protein because it will repair the damaged muscle that was caused
during the workout. However, recent research suggests that
if you take sips of protein during your workout along with some
carbs (sugars) you can increase your nitrogen balance (+) which
