Diet Plans and Diet | What is the best way to stop being skinny?

Hi friends, I am very weak looking in my physical appearance. I have tried a lot to make my body get a good built up; including a healthy diet plan and tough work out sessions, but did not get any satisfactory results. Does anyone know the best way to get out of this skinny looks?

I don't think binging on food is really going to be a healthy alternative. The best way to gain weight is to make sure you are eating enough of the essentials, first of all. Second of all, instead of eating more food, find food that is high calorie / high nutrition. It'd also be a good idea to start going to the gym and doing a gradual weight training. If you're trying to become lean, a tough workout might only be helping you loss more weight and not actually helping you bulk up. It may seem a little backwards because most people go to loss weight but once you start gaining muscle bulk, you'll also notice a change.

Increase Calorie Intake

The best way to stop being skinny is to significantly increase the number of calories you consume. However, this is not a green light to eat anything and everything.

Avoid Stress

Stress seems to just be part and parcel of life these days. However, if you're at how to stop being skinny then you need to realize the negative effects stress may be having on your weight.

Start A Weight Training Program

If you haven't already you should start performing a weight training program. This go the guys AND the girls. Bigger stronger muscles improve your appearance, make you feel better, help you to prevent injury and bring out your natural figure.

Thanks.

hi,
Maybe your metabolism's working too fast. You're body is able to burn out all the calories that you eat. I would suggest that you increase your intake of calories and protein as this will aid in building your body. A help from a professional dietician will also be good.
It needs 3500 of calories to gain 1 lb. This means that inorder to gain one pound per week, you must eat 500 extra calories everyday

Eat like a maniac. You must eat way more calories than you burn.

Work out like a maniac. Focus on one body part per day and just beat the crap out of it.

Go for 8-10 reps when you're lifting and go 'till failure. That's how to train for hypertrophy.

Hope this helps.
