5/29/2008 7:16:21 PM | To tell you the truth i would not suggest that you take any supplements with your routine. I am an avid runner that has tried them before, showing awsome results. But there is a downside to them. Especaily the ones with caffiene. They are known to block vitamins and minerals that try to enter the blood stream. Causing some people to be deficient in a mineral or two.
All that I suggest that you take is a multi-vitamin. The reason is that most people that start on an eating routine do not get all the vitamins that there body needs. Making you feel tired and burn't out all the time. It will also slow down your metabolism so that your body will retain fat instead of burning it!
