Nutrition | What supplements for me?

Hey everyone, this is like, my third post since i signed up 20 mins ago, dont worry each are in a different forums and about different things, lol.

So im going to start on a "fitness type diet" when I find out which one is good for me and start to work out soon to get that definition everyone wants.

So my question here is, i know what supplements are and kinda how they work and what they do.. But if im going to the gym to get more defined all around my body, and get a bit bigger in my arms and well just upper body, which supplements should i use or do you recommend I try, if you need more answers than what i have told you about me, just ask :)

Im currently 18 years old, 5'9-5'10 and about 140lbs

To tell you the truth i would not suggest that you take any supplements with your routine. I am an avid runner that has tried them before, showing awsome results. But there is a downside to them. Especaily the ones with caffiene. They are known to block vitamins and minerals that try to enter the blood stream. Causing some people to be deficient in a mineral or two.

All that I suggest that you take is a multi-vitamin. The reason is that most people that start on an eating routine do not get all the vitamins that there body needs. Making you feel tired and burn't out all the time. It will also slow down your metabolism so that your body will retain fat instead of burning it!
