I was just wondering what the max number of pounds I could drop per week and still remain healthy??

This would be dependant on what your aproximate bodyfat levels are at the time. As you dip below 10% I would aim for roughly .5-1 pound per week. Anymore from my experience will be lean tissue.

Well, if you are planning on taking supplements like "Cuts" or any 'thermogenic' you could probably lose around 3-4 but some of the items in those thermogenics are diuretics therefore most of it is water weight.

With a safe an effective workout/nutritional plan you could lose 2 pounds per week. This is considering you are doing cardio with resistance training.

Do you have a plan right now?

Just remember that 3500 cal = 1 pound of fat
