8/23/2002 10:58:51 AM | Well, if you are planning on taking supplements like "Cuts" or any 'thermogenic' you could probably lose around 3-4 but some of the items in those thermogenics are diuretics therefore most of it is water weight.
With a safe an effective workout/nutritional plan you could lose 2 pounds per week. This is considering you are doing cardio with resistance training.

Just remember that 3500 cal = 1 pound of fat
