Weight & Fat Loss | Weight gain

Hi - I started working out 2-3 days a week
3 months ago. When I started working out
I weighed 106 pounds. I'm 5"2. I now weigh 114
pounds. I have not increased my food intake.
Muscle is not heavy then fat according to your
website. Any ideas?

Let us clarify:

Muscle and fat weigh the same. Muscle is denser and takes up less space than fat. A pound of muscle and a pound of fat both weigh a pound.

Summary: if you have 4 pounds of fat and 4 pounds of muscle the muscle will take up MUCH less room. I think this should clairfy what we meant by that comment.

Thanks,
