General Health | Weight, muscle and all that stuff!!!

Hey there peeps, i'm new around here. Wanted to know if anyone has similar issues to me as I speak to people around me and No-one has the same problems!
I am a female, 5"10 quite slim 28 inch waist, 38 hips, I work out 6 or 7 times a week with a variety of running, cycling, swimming and weights. I walk and cycle EVERYWHERE and I am on my feet with work all day! I weigh 180 lbs! Is this really heavy or am I just being stupid and need to focus on my body fat percentage. I actually want to lose some "weight" to improve my running times!

I think your weight is okay with your height.Try to include more fruits and vegetables in main course. In overweight situation, do not need to stay away from food but stick on more vitamins and carbohydrates. It can be help your overall body.

I think your weight is just appropriate for your height. There's a certain way to compute your ideal body weight in connection with your height, age and gender. Try to do the research and see for yourself if your weight is just right. Maybe this little information will help
Women: 100 pounds of body weight for the first 5 feet of height, 5 pounds for each additional inch. Add 10% for a large frame size, and subtract 10% for a small frame size.
