Nutrition | Want to gain

I have been steadily losing weight, against my wishes, and I'm concerned because I know that much of the weight loss is muscle loss. I keep my protein intake high (150 g/day - I'm 135 lbs currently) however I still find myself getting smaller. I am currently doing a large amount of cardio because I am training for a competition and would like to maintain strong endurance level.
So I am just wondering, if I were to include fatty end foods which are high calories and a good protein diet, would I be able to maintain a healthy yet progressive weight? I've heard as long as you burn the calories and maintain a good HDL level through exercise, I needn't worry much.

I advice you to maintain your daily work out schedule and take healthy food. And after this if you don't get any results than take advice to your personal doctor.

Thanks,

I would advice you to consult your doctor first. Seek for medical advice on what seems to be the problem with your weight loss. Some progressive weight loss are attributed to thyroid problems, which I hope would not be the case for you. If you are already certain that your weight loss is not related in anyway with your health, Then I suggest that you increase your protein and caloric intake. Make sure that you are in constant check with your cholesterol levels to ensure that your body is coping well with your new diet. Make sure that your get your protein from good source like lean meat. Increase your intake but be sure your keeping on track with healthy choices of food

my advice would be to increase your complex carbohydrate intake, because intense cardio uses your stored supplies of them in your muscles and liver. plenty of high quality protein as well. mcdonalds wont help you maintain muscle mass, it's pure fat.
