Some progressive weight loss are attributed to thyroid problems, which I hope would not be the case for you. If you are already certain that your weight loss is not related in anyway with your health, Then I suggest that you increase your protein and caloric intake. Make sure that you are in constant check with your cholesterol levels to ensure that your body is coping well with your new diet. Make sure that your get your protein from good source like lean meat. Increase your intake but be sure your keeping on track with healthy choices of food

10/19/2009 5:08:49 PM | my advice would be to increase your complex carbohydrate intake, because intense cardio uses your stored supplies of them in your muscles and liver. plenty of high quality protein as well. mcdonalds wont help you maintain muscle mass, it's pure fat.
