Exercise Questions | Want a nice bootie !!!!

Hello everyone. I work out at the gym about 4 times a week,do a variety of classes and exercise. but I would like to know what specific excercises can I do to lift and firm my booty. I get great results with weight loss and toning but I would like to add lift and firmness to my buttocks. Thanks

Try rollerblading often. This is cardiovascular activity so it will burn fat and, at the same time, it will also directly strengthen and tone the area you are concerned about. Really good for developing nice legs as well. When was the last time you saw a figure skater without a nice booty?

You can do squats, deadlifts, leg kick backs etc.

Most resistance exercises that work your legs also work your butt. It helps to squeeze your bum while doing any of these exercises to help target those muscles throughout the movements.

If you want a little more size for a voluptuous look, do 8 -10 reps for these exercises. Pick a weight that only lets you do 8 - 10 reps with good form.

If you just want toning and firming, up the reps to 12 - 15, again picking appropriate resistance.
