Weight & Fat Loss | Waist fat question

Hi, I am 27 yrs old male Height 5.11 and weight 170 lbs. I have good amount of fat around wait, hips and butt. I have tried hard to get rid of these with weight trainings and cardio like
running, strider and swimming. I dont consume lot of carbs...I have been having this fat for around 7 years. Pls suggest what should be my approach to lose fat around mentioned areas.

Another major problem is that when i do these exercises they come in shape but when I stop exercises then it starts to bulge again. Why is that?

Well to lose body fat you need to eat less than you burn off. But skipping meals/starving is not a good option because it puts your body into starvation mode (= slowed metabolism, greater tendency to store fats, burning muscles as fuel etc.). Start by cutting off 500 calories from your daily intake and distribute it evenly throughout the day. Also, eat more frequently. Instead of 3 main meals a day, eat 6 meals (total amount of calories must still stay the same, or -500 that usual in your case). This will constantly give your body nutrition and energy so it does not starve for several hours between meals, and keep the metabolism fired up.

That is why it is very important to know which areas you need to isolate when exercise. Walking is a good exercise and any good cardio workout will help but if you want to get rid of your love handles you will have to resign yourself to doing crunches and other exercise that target the waist, but and hips. It will bulge again if you stop because the muscle loses tone. just like in everything maintenance is the key. If you want a fast solution you might want to try lipo. ^_^ But then it will start accumulating fat again if you don't do anything to maintain your new body.

it seems to me that the fat around your hips has been stored there for some time. i suggest you take long walks every night. what's the best exercise to lose some weight anyway?
