Thanks for the response. Here's what I eat every day, so please tell me if it is a good nutrition plan, considering my age, height and weight (26, 5'10", 75 kg), exercise schedule etc.
Meal 1: white oats, 250 ml milk with protein powder (maybe 30g), one egg
Meal 2: a couple of plates rice with green veggies mostly,
meal 3: 3 almonds, 2 dates, 250ml milk
meal 4: Noodles
meal 5: one banana, 250ml milk with 30g protein powder
I reckon this could be under-1000 cal diet, and still I am not losing my gut. Any suggestions?

Your program seems to be very good for staying active. However, I cannot guarantee that you will lose 4 inches on your waist because I can't see your nutrition plan. Remember, as the latest fitness tip points out : "Abs are made in the kitchen, not the gym."
Tennis is an excellent sport to play which will help you keep active but try and bring a heart rate monitor and if you feel that you're not keeping it up for the whole duration run between plays or run to get the ball. The idea is to keep your heart rate up for as long as possible during your aerobic sessions.
Your resistance training is VERY important and I hope that you can see that. Muscle is NEEDED in any weight loss goal because it increases your BMR, which in turn will help you burn fat at rest.
Hope this helps,
