It looks like that in your 1500-1600 calories quite a few nutrients are missing:) When it came to a weight loss, I suggest to - adopt positive attitude - maybe this is the most important factor and do not judge your weight - increase and amount of activities, like exercising - be aware of what you eat and ask your body after each "spoon of food" whether it wants more - balanced diet, which is almost impossible to achieve in our days. So, I found the most balanced food supplement - BioSuperFood or Micro-algae concentrate.

1/15/2009 7:48:18 AM | My workout lately had been about a 40 minute walk a day - About a year ago I got 2nd and 3rd degree chemical burns on my lungs, so exercise is "difficult" -- Its like a very bad case of Ashma, but no inhalers can help.. :/
Getting your heart-rate up without getting really out of breath is pretty impossible, but I will make due.
The only other thing I could possibly see, is maybe I didn't drink enough water in the last few days.. I read that if you drink lots of water it helps the body with weight loss..
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated! :)

What's your workout like?
