Weight & Fat Loss | Vitamins effect on weight loss?

Hi all - I have been dieting for a couple weeks now, I have lost 7-8Lbs and I seem to have not lost an ounce in 2-3 days... I write down EVERYTHING I eat/drink so I can be very sure what is going in - my Calories intake is about 1500-1600 calories a day - Over the last few days the only thing different I can see is I didn't take my Vitamins in the morning when I got up - is there any way this could have an effect on weight loss?

A balanced diet is very important. It looks like that in your 1500-1600 calories quite a few nutrients are missing:)
When it came to a weight loss, I suggest to
- adopt positive attitude - maybe this is the most important factor and do not judge your weight
- increase and amount of activities, like exercising
- be aware of what you eat and ask your body after each "spoon of food" whether it wants more
- balanced diet, which is almost impossible to achieve in our days. So, I found the most balanced food supplement - BioSuperFood or Micro-algae concentrate.

Water does help : but it won't be your magic bullet. What you should try is HIIT and a circuit routine. These will definitely help with weight loss.

My workout lately had been about a 40 minute walk a day - About a year ago I got 2nd and 3rd degree chemical burns on my lungs, so exercise is "difficult" -- Its like a very bad case of Ashma, but no inhalers can help.. :/

Getting your heart-rate up without getting really out of breath is pretty impossible, but I will make due.

The only other thing I could possibly see, is maybe I didn't drink enough water in the last few days.. I read that if you drink lots of water it helps the body with weight loss..

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated! :)

NO. Definitely not. Maybe if you were taking fish oils and stopped taking them altogether you may notice but just a multi, I wouldn't stress about it.

What's your workout like?
