Body Building | Vegetarian diets

Hi

I'm a lacto-ovo-vegetarian (I eat dairy and eggs, but not fish or meat). I was wondering what diet modifications could I make to best fit my workout goals. Though I do want to add some muscle mass, mostly I just want to "get cut" and develop strong abs, lower abs, and pectorials. Right now, I usually perform a morning workout, followed by a breakfast of two eggs, two slices of wheat toast, a glass of skim milk, and a protein shake (whey, caseine, and soy mix). Then I usually have beans and rice for dinner. I want to eat more meals during the day to increase my metabolism, but I'm afraid of adding too many calories. What could I add to my diet?

Also, when I don't have time to go to the gym I use the freeweights I have at home. These are low mass-the largest I have are 25 lbs. Would high rep, low mass workouts help me acheive my fitness goals?

Thanks!
