Body Building | Uneven muscle growth

Im not sure if this is that common of a
problem but i haven't heard many people
talk about this. But for me I have a few
problems with unevenness. There is some
unevenness in my chest. It isn't noticable
to the eye but if i flex, I can definatly "feel"
that there is a difference. I have this problem
with my traps too. But this is a little more noticable.
This particular problem started before i started lifting
cause i played tennis but how do i fix it?

The uneven muscle is very common. I had uneven chset muscles also. And my left arm was bigger than my right one. Now they are equal.
Do you still play tennis? If so, you will need to train your small muscle harder than your bigger one. eventually, and slowly, your muscles will be even.
To accomplish this, when doing chest exercises dont use barbell, use dumbells. Sometimes, when using barbells, you lift the weight using the help of your stronger muscle, thus your smaller muscle doesnt get a good workout. Same thing for trapz, dont use a barbell raise, do shrugs with dumbells.
Hope this helped you
