Body Building | Trying to gain weight

Hi, I'm 15 yrs old, go to the gym 5x a week and I'am around 133-135lbs. I want to be at least 150 muscle by end of the year. I think im eating right but I want to know what kind of food has great amount of protiens and how long so my meals be apart from 1 another. Thx

Hi, I hate to break it to you but it΄s not going to be easy to gain 20 pound in a few months... anyways, eat lots of protein (e.g. milk, fish, chicken... and of course protein supplements) and try to eat around 6 meals a day, or every 2 or 3 hours.
