Weight & Fat Loss | Trying to gain weight


Hi, I'm 15 yrs old, go to the gym 5x a week and I'am around 133-135lbs. I want to be at least 150 muscle by end of the year. I think im eating right but I want to know what kind of food has great amount of protiens and how long so my meals be apart from 1 another. Thx

In order to gain weight, you will need to consumer extra calories. This, however, is not an excuse to eat poorly. You will still need to make sure that you're getting plenty of protein and enough carbs. Calories consumed in the evening will help you gain weight since they will not be easily burned. Try eating 4-6 small meals a day instead of 3 large meals. If you do not think that you can fit these meals into your schedule, try drinking a couple of shakes a day in addition to your meals.
