Exercise Questions | Too much excercise???


I am going to a military style boot camp class on Mon. Wed. and Fri.which is about 75% running and the balance pushups, situps, lunges Etc. On Tues. Thurs. and Saturday I to a 1 hr Body Pump Class. Am i hurting anything by doing this?

Well, you may be overtraining! I hope they will change up the 'type' of cardio and exercises every week so you don't develop 'shin splints' or under develop certain muscles (back) because you didn't mention chin-ups.

Three times a week is perfectly fine to do a certain training program for a month or two.
