You're going to need to increase your calorie intake by 250-400kcal per day with your increased exercise level. Your diet plan is a little harder to plan. Have you considered seeing a nutritionist?

9/16/2009 7:01:05 AM | Definitely. 1-2 pounds per week of muscle can be achieved. You may want to go through a bulking phase and then a trimming phase to make sure you don't gain any fat with the muscle. Try going up to 195 and then trim down to 185.
