Can anyone recommend an excercise routine to help improve my performance on the tennis court?

Depending on when you're training you need to focus on different types of training (periodization). Ie. During the off-season you may want to put a little bit of muscle and focus on speed and footwork. During the season you'd want to focus on muscle endurance and muscle coordination. Hope that helped.
