6/8/2007 4:34:00 PM | Depending on when you're training you need to focus on different types of training (periodization). Ie. During the off-season you may want to put a little bit of muscle and focus on speed and footwork. During the season you'd want to focus on muscle endurance and muscle coordination. Hope that helped.
