Weight & Fat Loss | Target heart rate

I am doing 60 min of cardio 6 times per
week. For weight / fat loss is it best to
stay in the weight loss zone or can I go
to cardio zone for the same or improved
results.

You will burn more calories by working in the cardio zone. The reason that there is the weight loss zone is because people can endure longer on this lower intensity zone than the carido one. If you can last 60min in the cardio zone, all the power to you. If it's not that easy, try working up to it by doing interval training. This means cardio zone for 5 min and then weight loss zone for 2 min, and repeat.

Goodluck!
