Exercise Questions | Taekwondo


Does anyone know good cross-training ideas for taekwondo. I am at the intermediate level in this form but probably advanced in exercising. Any ideas??

Well, skipping, one foot box jumps, soccer, swimming, etc. Things with foot speed you want to concentrate on. Work with the Resista-ball a lot. That will help you get more stabilizer muscles.
