| I personally think some people eat a lot.But they don't eat those things which gives energy, power and stamina. Everybody should have to take diet which contain nutrients, carbohydrates etc.Their focus on eating tasty food.There is no doubt people take good diet but they are not taking balanced diet.Different family plans given by many websites.Main motive of health plans for family is to give information about balanced diet and nutrition. To increase work level and efficiency, food with nutrition is our major priority.Just take normal nutritional diet and see change in your health. |

| you know what? believe in your self that you can make it happen. Diet pills is just an added supplements to boost your motivation but this little thingy is not good enough to help. Here is the thing, Good exercise can be good. Little by little is right! and the right way to do it! Try to remember not to push it too hard! Slow and steady wins the race! I'm a personal trainer in CT and see a lot of people having difficulty with how long it can take. Progress is a big picture thing, but you're on the right track. |

i can say i have the body of a supemodel
but it sure did work since i lost about

| I have found some products that have worked for me. I have struggled keeping my weight in check all my life - always working out to just keep the fat at bay. Until I tried Advocare products I had no success. The thing I like about them is that they are Nutritional products that are A. Easy to understand, B. You generally have someone to help you understand what they are and develop a plan unique to you & C. They work - I have lost 40+ lbs now and most importantly I have more energy and muscle mass because of them. Some people don't like a person to talk to - but sense these are sold by direct distributors you are usually buying them from someone who has used them benefited from them and now has a conviction to sell them and help other people. Advocare supports a systematic approach to wellness using their products (which are amazing in my opinion - both in taste and effectiveness)to assist in moving you toward good diet and exercise habits. I think anyone would agree that a balance in all three is the best solution. |

| I agree with pepper21. Before you try any supplement try to eat 4-6 smaller meals a day and snacking throughout. Your stomach is like a furnace and your metabolism will work better if it is well constantly working. Doesn't make sense does it to lose weight you need to eat more...often that is not necessarily more quantity. Protein is a fat burner too so the more protein the more fat burn.There are a lot of really awesome supplements out there. Trouble is the FDA do NOT regulate them and only investigate a supplement through customer complaints. So be safe before choosing and do your homework!! |

Itll suppress your appitite keep you full lots of vitamines and your metabolism will speed up. I never thought Id lose weight I lost 30 pounds. |

You really have to be careful with some of these
supplements out there. In the past couple of
months I've learned a lot about supplementation. It
is very important to try and find out what's in the
supplement and do research on the ingredients and
their side effects.
I take a supplement that's really good and natural.
Kids can take it too.
It's one of the only supplements I'd swear by. I
could literally write a book about it.
