Exercise Questions | Supersets

Will someone give me a couple of supersets for biceps and triceps ?
Currently, for biceps, I do barbell curls followed by negative chins. For triceps, I do pushdowns followed by dips.
There must be more, but I'm having trouble separating the isoloation exercises from the compounds. Thanks for your help.

When you talk about supersets I think you are referring to drop sets with different exercises. Supersets are usually exercises that work opposing muscle groups.

But if you are looking for examples for more drop sets:

Biceps: Dumbbell Curls followed by concentration curls

Triceps: Tricep Pulldowns followed by tricep kickbacks.

Click on our exercises link at the top and then click biceps or triceps then isolation exercises. All of those you can do successively.
