We all know this in theory but until you actually do it, you wont feel the effects. You dont have to go to the gym and do hardcore routines. Even a mere 30-minute walk or swim will do the trick. Get those endorphins flowing and youll breeze through your work day! Fend off negative talk. Its simple: stop joining office bitching sessions. When somethings not right at work and theres always something! people tend to make it worse by getting together and venting. Venting is good dont get me wrong. Getting it off your chest is a great way to de-stress. But if you do it over and over again over the same little things, you just fan the flames. And guess whos at the losing end? Keep it simple. When you feel yourself becoming overwhelmed, simplify things. Break huge tasks down into more manageable pieces. Take things one step at a time. Youll get there eventually.

I have always thought of the people who truly loves me, no matter what happens and that makes a lot of beautiful difference in my day. As I overhear my female co employees have been saying, going to the spa over the weekend or a short break in the countryside. Go ahead! Always think that everyday is a new day. Cheer up!

Also, you don't need a gym or equipment.
Here's an acronym to help you remember a circuit:
Some Lucky People Deserve Brock and Marta
(I'm Brock, my fiance is Marta). The first letter of each word stands for an exercise:
Squats Lunges Push-ups/Plank Dips Burpees Move (skip, run on the spot, etc.)
Do each exercise for 1 minute then move right to the next one. If you can get through the circuit 3 times I guarantee you'll be sweating!
Finally, try some Chamomile tea. It's very relaxing :)
I hope this helps!

I used natural ingredient health-pads from www.healthpads.com though I felt nauseous initially but I sure had a sound sleep afterwards. The anxiety and dizziness is all gone. It works excellent for work related stress & tension. Health pads also help to relieve fatigue, joint pain, headache, skin rashes and many other health problems. I am sure this will help you.
Take care, bye!
