Body Building | Stemulite - does it work?

has anybody tried this stuff? it claims to be the best for building muscle, losing fat and even helping you sleep better. its been featured on Good morning america and other likes shows. i use protein, NO2 and BHT..but was just wondering if this product is worth adding to my supplements

I think you're wondering what is in stemulite. It sounds like it is basically ALA and L-Carnitine marketed to the masses as a great weight-loss, weight gain solution. While ALA and L-Carnitine is helpful to lose weight due to to an increase in insulin sensitivity you might want to save your money and stick to products such as iso-whey with ALA, creatine, glutamine and an fish oil. Those supplements will have the greatest impact on your physique.

ok but does it even work? does it show equal results as just Protein or creatine?

Stemulite is just like any other product that claims to be the best. Most supplements have the same concept for gaining muscle and losing fat.

For an example I use a supplement called Fireball with a protien shake called Dymatize(awsome taste).

Its all on what works with your body..
