Exercise Questions | Squats w/knock-knees

I have been knock-kneed all of my life. I want to know the best way to do squats? If my knees are straight forward, my feet turn outward. If my feet are straight forward, my knees point inward and touch. Help!

Well, you should really go see a physio asap. They will explain exactly what is happening and show you how to strengthen your lower body without the 'knock-knees'. The correct way to do it though is to keep your feet straight ahead or with your feet turned outward slightly.

Definitely go see a physio though, there might be things you can do to correct your posture.
