| Well, you should really go see a physio asap. They will explain exactly what is happening and show you how to strengthen your lower body without the 'knock-knees'. The correct way to do it though is to keep your feet straight ahead or with your feet turned outward slightly. |
Definitely go see a physio though, there might be things you can do to correct your posture.
