|Hey there guys, been lurking around here for a little while, and just thought id post up.
Well, Im 19 and a Guy, and well the winter has taken its toll mighty hard
on me i got the whole belly and butt thing and it aint no good, health wise haha, my Girl thinks is cute but yeah
id like to get in shape for summer :) Right now i have a weight bench at home and your typical Exercise bike.
I was just wondering if you could shed some light, im of course looking for fat loss and to tone up. I live in a tiny tiny town
and there is no Gym!!!! But i do try to do other stuff like walking and what not.
How long should i be on the bike for and such is what im really looking for, right now im riding for about 45 mins, where the intensity of the bike raises and falls.
Well anyone with any good info please share :)
