| You're not exercising are you? Any form of exercise for a minimum of 30 minutes per day 6 days per week will do it.
Also, eat natural food. Don't eat anything packaged or processed. Pretty much anything that has an ingredients list is bad for you. Fruit, veggies meat, eggs, rice etc. don't have ingredients lists. They are ingredients for your own creations which are going to be healthier for you and more fun to make than just picking up a box of something. If you must eat out of a box, generally the shorter the ingredients list, the better it is for you.
Let me know if I'm way off the mark about your current habits, but I don't think I am.
In order to change your results you must change your actions.
