Exercise Questions | Running


Hey. I was just woundering if there is any specific or good way for training to run. I go the the gym 4 days a week for 1 and half hours and run for 10 minutes.

First step would be to increase your aerobic capacity by increasing your time you spend jogging/running best done after weight training with a 2-5 minutes added progression (note: heavy aerobic training can hinder muscle hypertrophy results). But if your goal is to become a better runner, not a marathoner, I would suggest increasing your aerobic capacity first then get into HIIT (high intensity interval training).
