3/13/2009 11:19:31 PM | First step would be to increase your aerobic capacity by increasing your time you spend jogging/running best done after weight training with a 2-5 minutes added progression (note: heavy aerobic training can hinder muscle hypertrophy results). But if your goal is to become a better runner, not a marathoner, I would suggest increasing your aerobic capacity first then get into HIIT (high intensity interval training).
