General Health | Prepping body for work

So I'm leaving to do some seismic work with a buddy soon and i need some suggestions on exercises to strengthen my body for the hard times ahead. i been almost catatonic for a year and i don't want to hurt myself. perhaps for my back and stamina, I don't really know where to start.

What I would suggest you to do is a light resistance routine. Also to get some cardio in for 5-6 days a week.
