Exercise Questions | Not feeling sore the day after?


I usually work out 2-4 times a week, and each time I usually do about 20-30 minutes of cardio and then 40-50 minutes of weight training.

I vary the exercises each time and do 2 sets, about 10-15 times. Mainly, I'm trying to build endurance so that I can run longer and faster. When I'm done the exercises I'm sore and can't do any more, but I rarely feel sore that night or the day after, so does that mean I'm not building any muscle?

This is exactly the same situation i am into...

Are muscles being built or am I only exhausting and overtraining myself?
