General Health | Nose scabs, and bleeding?


Hi there, i'm new to this site, and am hoping that maybe someone can point me in the right direction.

My wife has a problem with her nose, where there are scabs forming on the inside, which cause discomfort, and usually end up being removed manually, or come out just by blowing her nose. At this point, they then bleed for the better part of 10 minutes. This happens upwards of 6-7 times a day. We've tried creams, sprays, pills, herbs, and she's been to a nose specialist who cauterized (SP?) it twice, but it just keeps occuring.

Any thoughts?

I had the same problem went to the ear nose and throat Dr. He told me to wear mittens to bed. I was picking my nose in my sleep never allowing it to heal. good luck.
