If you take a good protein shake with your breakfast over a month, you'll notice a diffrence. I use and sell V-shape which is a great product.

1/21/2009 3:40:45 PM | The biggest way to raise metabolism is to build more muscle. The more muscle in your body, the faster your metabolism. I would suggest compound weight exercises however this may be dangerous and i would suggest a trainer to help get you started. Also, foods rich in fibre would help since fibre is a tough substance that forces your body to work harder in order to break it down, hence, burn more calories in the process. Protein is also great as it also helps build muscle and both proteins and fibre give off the feeling of being full.

7/5/2008 3:58:59 PM | Splitting my meals up is how I lost 60 lbs. That and working out daily.
I started doing this again last week. It's all about preparing lunches and dinners. I hate cooking but force myself to make things.
Instead of eating a whole sandwich at lunch time I would eat half about an hour before then the other half an hour before going home for the day, from work. So I wasn't starving when I walked in the house.
I added green tea this week too. Is the extract better then drinking it?

3/26/2008 6:02:51 PM | One way that I have used to lose weight and speed up my metabolism is that of eating 5-6 times a day. What you eat has to fit your body though. Alot of people will make a diet and think that they have cut enough stuff back. In all reality they have either cut back way too much or not enough. You should always have a balanced diet. Like mine us half carbs, 1/3 fat, and 1/3 protien.
Make sure you cut foods out that have things like MSG a perservative that is very bad in your health and has been PROVEN to a link to obesity.
also eat things that are high on potassium and enzyms to keep your body energized
