Weight & Fat Loss | Need help to lose weight


no matter how much i try i won't loose weight
i take good healthy diet like skim milk, egg, low calorie food ,small lunch and dinner,i stopped drinking cola , pepsi and everything
i wont smoke, drink etc
but still i dont see the difference
now a days im doing workout burning 300 calories per day
i will walk more than half mile daily
but still no effect
can you tell me what is the reason behind this
im 5'4 inches height and my weight is 148 pounds and im 23 yrs age
i want to put a target wgt something arround 130
i want to reduce my fat on stomach and my arms and thighs
these are the 3 places i have gained fat
can anyone please suggest me

and also i wanna know about sauna and steam bath i know they are good but do we loose our skin color i mean will i become dark if i use them regularly.

sounds like you need to check your heart rate and see where your heart rate is when your working out, not to mention walking more than a half mile. You should be able to gradually work up to 4 to5 miles every other day. The more muscles you work the more fat you will burn aswell, so I found walking sticks work pretty well when it comes to moving your arms. try walking alittle bit farther every day until you get to your goal. good luck
