General Health | Need help for weight lose


From so many days my sister is trying to loose the weight and she found some sources in search engines. One is through some exercises and another one is through surgery. Now she is not able to decide which one to select.

Can any one help me in this?

Any kind of suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Surgery is very costly.Instead of that do exercise
like cycling,running ,Drink green tea.Avoid oily food
and junk foods.

Surgery would be costly, with lots of restrictions, whereas exercise is a better & natural way to lose weight.

She prefers doing exercises and I am only supporting her. These days she started taking honey and lemon juice.

She starts the day with this small tip:
Mix 1-2 spoons of honey with 1 spoon of lemon juice into a glass of warm water after waking up. Drinking this mixture every day helps purify the intestinal tract and reduce fat.

Also below are the few tips which she is following daily.

a.) Also there are lots of programs about dieting that are available today. However, proper selection is one of the keys in attaining success on it. To choose the best one, you should avoid those that are too restrictive. Aside from that, you should also choose a program, which has received positive reviews from people who have already gone through it.

b.) Eat Only If she is Really Hungry and avoid fast foods.

c.) Get Enough Rest and Avoid Soda Drinks.

d.) Eat Foods That Are Low In Calorie and Are Harder To Process.

e.) Don’t Drink a Lot of Water or Other Drinks with a Meal.
