Workout Talk | Need help d:!!!!


Ok.... Honestly I want to try to get bigger... I'm 17 years old, 5'8'' and I'm sorta skinny... I wanted to know if anyone got some tips for a basic Daily work out For a begginer.. I'm hoping to be able to have a good body... buh not totally huge and muscular.
