General Health | Natural way to quit smoking?

Is it possible to quit smoking through natural methods, I mean without using those nicotine patch or medications. I don’t have much faith in medications.

It's up to the person if he/she want to
quit smoking, because there are some
people that you always remind them that
he/she need to quit smoking because it's
not good. but then it's no use if the
person who smoke is really doesn't want to
quit.

Self-will and determination are the two main things that helps achieving any goals you want.

Besides you can google it for further information. Just one thing that i want to say that don't give up no matter what happens.

Best of luck.

Having a strong determination is the key.
Keep yourself busy when you feel like
smoking and keep away from smoking
sessions. Others would have ordinary
candies whenever they crave.

The most natural and best way is to just not do it. taking pills, putting on patches, or chewing gum are not "natural". i quit smoking many times with pills, patches, "herbal" remedies, etc with no success. once i decided that cigarettes were absolutely repulsive and making me sick, i had no trouble quitting. it has been a year and 6 months and i must say it is wonderful to never be worried about when and how I'm going to get my next nicotine fix.

Quit smoking is not a difficult task
because it all depends on one's mind that
will he want to smoke more or not?
If you will prepare your mind that you
will not smoke even a single cigarette
then you will always keep yourself away
from it...!!!
