6/21/2011 12:25:54 AM | The most natural and best way is to just not do it. taking pills, putting on patches, or chewing gum are not "natural". i quit smoking many times with pills, patches, "herbal" remedies, etc with no success. once i decided that cigarettes were absolutely repulsive and making me sick, i had no trouble quitting. it has been a year and 6 months and i must say it is wonderful to never be worried about when and how I'm going to get my next nicotine fix.
