General Health | Natural support for hair health with vitamins and supplements

Hey ,as i know taking natural herbs like Flaxseed, PABA,Zinc,Copper,Biotin and Vitamin B Complex 50 is good for hair health in an effective and natural way.

Flaxseed provides nutritional components for hair and so is a vital component in this healthy hair supplement. PABA (Para-Aminobenzoic Acid) is a compound in Folate that is thought to promote the health of the scalp. Zinc is an essential mineral that is a component of the enzymes involved in hair building processes and therefore useful in this healthy hair supplement. Copper is needed with long-term use of zinc, because zinc inhibits copper absorption. Biotin and Vitamin B Complex 50 are added into this healthy hair supplement as they may be effective in helping with hair health. Selenium is an essential mineral which helps build antioxidant enzymes in the body and fosters healthy hair growth.

I got this info. from one of the famous nutritional consultant whose name is Dr. James F. Balch. He is also a physician, a surgeon, and a leading authority on integrative medicine and nutritional healing. Dr Balch has written several books and co-authored two best-selling books that address a broad range of health concerns and their nutritional prescriptions.

Try googling custom made supplements and vitamins for hair health, and find a personalized health solution for yourself.

Nutrition depends on the growing medium you use, as each growing medium has different amounts of trace nutrients and micronutrients.

Take your vitamins and supplements with meals and water, these supplements help to restore nutritional balance.
