Like Tina has said - drink a lot of water - keep a bottle with you all the time.
As well - it is important to remember that eating properly is the most effective thing you can do to lose weight - more so than exercise. Dont starve yourself - eat green leafy vegetables - and give it time! Allow yourself 1 day a week to cheat - but dont cheat every day.

12/6/2008 4:35:07 AM | Are you drinking alot of water? Remember muscle weighs more than fat, up your cardio do more high intensity work outs you burn more fat that way. Stay away from soft drinks and sugar in your coffee that adds alot of calories. Your schedule looks good keep up the good work, dont give up.
