Weight & Fat Loss | Need help to tone and lose 5 pounds!!!


Im a 17 year old female, turning 18 in a few weeks. I have tried so much but stil cant seem to lose that extra 10 pounds over my abdominal area and some on my thighs. I love my body type and have no problem, but losing a few more pounds would make me just right. Im 5'4 1/2 135 pounds, 34, 28, 39. Im Armenian so I do have that curvy image, and I love it. I just really want to tone and make my big butt a little bit bigger and firmer and have a very flat stomach. I play college tennis and work out every day, run 25 min a day, and do weights and strenght training 4 days a week. I also eat very healthy, except for my sugar rushes sometimes. PLEASE HELPpppppppppppppppppp!!!!!!!

lots of small meals (4-6 times a week) to build up the metabolism.

Limit fats and protein. Protein's main function is to repairs muscles. It does not entirely mean you'll have bigger muscles from it. The more you lift to get more muscle, your protein intake should only increase slightly.

Make sure your intake follows:
Most = carbs
Moderate = protein
Little = fat

Make sure your heart rate is up
(220 - your age = your max heart rate)
Once it gets to a certain level...around 140, you'll begin to burn fat.

Have you analyzed your portion sizes? Are you having too much carbohydartes and too little protein and good fats? Let us know your diet so we can help you..
